General B2B Commercial Conditions

1. Subject

These Conditions govern sales made by DBR srl to professional customers (workshops, resellers, or companies). DBR products are entirely handmade, so they may have slight aesthetic or dimensional differences due to artisanal processing, which do not constitute defects.

2. Ordering method

Orders must be placed by accessing the DBR B2B area on the website using personal email and password. Any notes, requests, or customized changes must be communicated directly or via email to the Seller's official address. The order is considered valid only after payment is received.

3. Payments

Payment must be made at the time of order, via bank transfer or electronic payment. If payment is not made within 48 hours of receiving the order, the order will be automatically canceled without any penalty or charge. No late fees or interest are applied: in case of non-payment, the order will simply be canceled.

4. Production and delivery times

Standard production times are 30 working days from the order confirmation date and receipt of payment. Any delays due to force majeure or external suppliers do not entitle compensation or damages. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranty and claims

DBR srl guarantees its products for 12 months (1 year) from delivery, limited to manufacturing defects attributable to the company. In such cases, the product will be repaired or replaced at the Seller's discretion.

Not covered by warranty:
- damage due to improper use or incorrect installation;
- unauthorized modifications;
- normal wear and tear of materials.

Any complaints must be communicated within 7 days of receipt of the goods, attaching photographic or descriptive evidence of the defect.

6. Order cancellation

The Customer may cancel the order within 72 hours of submission, by written communication (e-mail). After this period, the amount will be charged in full, as these are custom and personalized productions.

7. Rights and duties of the parties

Seller (DBR srl):
- Has the right to receive full payment for the ordered products.
- Has the right to suspend or refuse an order in case of technical impossibility or lack of materials, after notifying the Customer.
- Has the duty to produce and deliver products conforming to the order within the established timeframes.
- Has the duty to comply with current regulations regarding invoicing, product safety, and commercial responsibility.

Customer:
- Has the right to receive products conforming to the order and a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects.
- Has the duty to check the goods upon delivery and report any damages within the prescribed time limits.
- Has the duty to install and use the products correctly, respecting the applicable technical and safety regulations.
- Has the duty to comply with the payment and cancellation terms established by this document.

8. Limitation of liability

DBR srl is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or machine downtime resulting from the use, installation, or delay in delivery of the products.

9. Competent court

For any dispute, the Court of Como shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

10. Acceptance

By signing this document or by sending the order through the B2B portal, the Customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these General B2B Commercial Conditions.
