Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund no later than seven (7) days from the date of payment. However, if the product is already in production, we cannot offer returns or refunds.

When will I receive my refund?
After receiving your request and verifying that it meets the criteria, we will proceed with the refund using the same original payment method. The time required may vary depending on the payment method and the issuing bank or body.

Which countries do you ship to?

What are the shipping costs?

When will my order be processed?
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours. During high volume periods, there may be additional delays.

What happens in case of delay in delivery?
DBR Factory is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes or natural disasters.

Who is responsible for the product once shipped?
Once the products have been handed over to the courier, the responsibility is transferred to you.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
If you are unavailable and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs for reshipping.

How can I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the shipping address once your order has been shipped.
